When is the deadline?
The deadline for renewing your registration is March 1. After that time, you will be assessed a late payment penalty ($100). Late registrants may also miss out on some other benefits, such as seniority-based booth placement.

Do I have to pay in full now?
Yes. Your membership is not confirmed until full payment is received. The site accepts all major credit cards. PayPal is also accepted.

Wait, didn't I just pay my MWSRA dues? I thought that transferred.
Your MWSRA membership from 2024 qualifies you as a renewing member of M-Pro. The 2024 membership year is done, and this will be a one-time reset to a membership year that more closely mirrors the calendar year. You will need to renew now to remain a member, but if you only do fall/winter shows, you won't need to do anything show related until August.
