General notes

• Summer shows are a little bit more expensive than winter shows. They're smaller, so we have to charge a bit more to cover all the fixed costs.
• Remember that your dues and any associate fees you pay are per year, not per show or per season. Any fees of that type you pay now will carry over into the winter shows.

All 5 day exhibitors will be in meeting rooms. Each meeting room is approximately 950 square feet and comes with 4 tables, 12 chairs, and wastebaskets. Up to 3 meeting rooms can be combined by removing divider walls.
