Saint Paul (June 2-5)
3 day show with options to stay for 4 or 5 days. In order to make this multi-option format work for dealers, exhibitors in each length-of-stay option will be grouped together. This will mean that your seniority is applied to booth placement within your group.

Here are the important things to know:

• The official show days are Monday-Wednesday
• The 3 day show is what is advertised to dealers. Any additional days are primarily intended for appointments.
• 3 day exhibitors will be in the main ballroom
• 5 day exhibitors will be in meeting rooms.
• 4 day exhibitors will be in the main ballroom if space permits, otherwise in meeting rooms.
• The June show us upstairs. Those who have worked at RiverCentre before will be aware that on the plus side we have carpet and a very classy overall environment. On the minus side is that everyone needs to use elevators to get from the loading dock to the exhibit area. It is strongly suggested that you provide your own mobility solution (cart, dolly, or other wheels) if at all possible.
• Parking can be a bit complicated, especially for trailers. Any new options will be noted on the logistics page (LINK).

The setup/teardown schedule is as follows:
3 day exhibitors

• Set up Sunday
• Show Monday-Wednesday
• Tear down Wednesday after close

4 day exhibitors

• Set up Sunday
• Show Monday-Thursday
• Tear down Thursday at the time of your choosing, being considerate of others around you

5 day exhibitors

• Set up Saturday
• Show Sunday-Thursday
• Tear down Thursday at the time of your choosing, being considerate of others around you

Madison (June 17-20)

• Setup Monday
• Show Tuesday-Thursday
• Tear down Thursday after close
